COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Each product page in our store shows if it is currently in stock and will ship.
GENERAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.

Orders ship Monday-Friday.

Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Economy Shipping can take 8-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

Standard Shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes fastest shipping method at checkout.

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You can also track your orders on your account page.
SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

ADDRESS CHANGES
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
APO/FPO SHIPPING
We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".

The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".

The country must be United States.

You must enter your Zip code.

Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5pm EST. If you submit a contact form over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items purchased from www.steritisportsschools3.com. All items that do not qualify for our 30-day money back guarantee will have special messaging on their individual product pages. Please note that this includes all personalized items as they have been customized to your specific desires and they are not available for resale. You can reach our customer service team by emailing info@steritisportsschools3.com. Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5pm EST. If you submit a return form on a weekend day, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.
Merchandise cannot be returned if personalized, used, washed or worn.
Due to limitations surrounding COVID-19 restrictions, please allow 5-7 weeks for processing your returns during this time.
RECEIVING CREDIT ON YOUR RETURN
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s) at the address provided by our Customer Support team. Be advised that you will only be refunded for the product(s) returned as we will be providing you with a prepaid shipping label. The number of days the credit will take to post will depend on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS
If the purchase was made via Paypal then the refund will return to the Paypal account used to purchase. This will appear as credit in your Paypal account which you can use to make a purchase, or request to withdraw from Paypal to your bank account. Login to your Paypal account to get started.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. But please feel free to contact our customer service team at info@steritisportsschools3.com and a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly to make things right.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and send them to info@steritisportsschools3.com, and please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the image has been submitted.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All personalized items are nonreturnable. We regret that we are unable to refund any personalized item. The item has been personalized to your specifications and cannot be resold.
